Getting the network pages to work?

I've been having trouble getting the network pages to work on my dev server. I've made the users in question paid and set up memcache, so the page doesn't give me an error, but I make entries designed to show up and they don't.

Are there other things I need to set up, like Gearman, for network pages to work? Tell me how and I'll make a wiki page on it!
