All hands on deck!

Most of you know that Open Beta is next Thursday. Less than a week. This weekend is the last weekend that we have before the site is opened up, so I expect this weekend to be when we fix all of the bugs, test things thoroughly one last time, and make sure we've got it all ready to go.

Project leaders: If you have something you need in by Open Beta, make sure that you've got it in Bugzilla and have blocking-open-beta requested/set! If you wait until Wednesday when I'm on an airplane and go "oh oops we need to fix X or add Y!" then I will probably turn you into a newt. (You will get better. But you'll be a newt for a little while.)

Everybody: I really encourage you to be on IRC this weekend. We will be working hard all weekend, and your help would be appreciated. If you're really low on spoons, I'd love if you could show up and cheer us on. If not, no worries. But your presence is hereby requested!
