Bug 3995: need headings for accessibility in site scheme

Description: The site scheme wasn't playing nicely with screen readers -- headings that weren't there at the top of entries and the top of each comment were being skipped. Now there are headers attached to those places so screen reader users can know where they are on a page.

Bug 4435: lj-cut autoexpand doesn't work for <div class='ljcut'> style cuts

Description: When an LJ-cut was added in Rich Text, the handy dandy cut expander wasn't expanding them. Things were working just fine if you manually coded the cut. Cheers for Christopher Schmidt's first patch! *\o/*

Cool! I'm glad to see the updated docs about OpenID. Hopefully they prove useful to the new users coming over with fandomsecrets.

Icon love!!! Giraffes are, like, my second favo(u)ritest animals ever. They don't like chocolate though (weird, right?) which is what wayward code travellers tend to feed them :/
