New Bugzilla keyword

There's a new Bugzilla keyword: "introduction". This is intended for use on bugs that are what we've been calling "babydev bait" -- things that are simple/quick/a good introduction to the DW code and the DW development process.

Everyone should have the ability to add keywords to bugs, so do feel free to add it to any of the open & unassigned items. I'll post to [site community profile] dw_dev_training about it once we get a bunch of stuff keyworded.

As usual, all bugs should also have two other keywords: one effort-* keyword (major/medium/minor), and one why-* keyword (for the reason the bug should be done). If you aren't sure about both keywords, and they haven't been set yet, please leave them both blank instead of only adding one. You can add the "introduction" keyword without adding the triage keywords.

What is the logic behind there being a new keyword instead of just using effort-minor (or making effort-tiny)? It seems overkill/superfluous to me.

Also, I would appreciate that development process related decisions wait until I'm back so I can be a part of them... I'm not paying any real attention right now so it's kind of a fluke I saw this.
