Anyone going to Grace Hopper?
I have just leveled up in Workplace Negotiation by convincing my management to pay to send me to the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing!

denise said that she will be there and on a panel! (I went through the program materials as best I could, but they aren't usefully searchable so I wasn't able to figure out what panel she's on.)
Anyone else going? I'm taking the train to get there so I am no good for carpooling, but roomsharing might be possible? And we should definitely have a Dreamwidth meetup!

Sadly I won't be there, but my colleague will and she's lovely and you should meet her. Leslie Carr will be staffing the open source booth:
* Wednesday: 11-noon, 8pm-9pm
* Thursday: 5pm-8pm
Also, my employer, Wikimedia Foundation, sponsored the Latinas in Computing Scholarship for GHC, enabling an engineering student to attend the conference. Again, yay Workplace Negotiation! :D
