FYI: Service migration

Bugzilla and Mercurial are running on a server that is going to get migrated to a new home sometime in the next few days. There will be a little downtime when this happens. I'll try to keep it to a minimum and will, of course, take proper precautions to ensure data integrity.

1) I won't do that as part of this maintenance, but can take care of that at some point.

2) I don't run these services in production (nothing dev related runs in prod). They are run separately on my own server. I'm changing server providers, so, it has to move too.

Yup -- as of an hour or so ago, hg.dwscoalition.org is now hosted on a different server.

POP to mail.dwscoalition.org isn't working for me right now (timing out) -- is that a config problem with my new laptop, POP being overlooked in the new machine setup, me needing to use a different port/POP-via-SSL, or just me being impatient and it will all work out just fine as soon as things catch up? *g*

Yeah, I was looking for you online, but have struck out trying to find you and get you set back up.

I forgot you used POP, I thought it was IMAP, so I set that up. I'll go do some magic sauce and make POP work.

The password is the big change -- I couldn't copy your password from the old machine (the shadow formats are different) so I'll have to give you a new one. You can SSH in and change it back, though.

I was going to email this all to you ... but realized I wasn't sure where to email you that wouldn't go to the account you couldn't check. :(

Also, the mailing lists didn't get ported over. I'm hoping to just encourage everybody who wants notifications to track changelog.

Commits are going smoothly now, thank you! Changelog over mailing lists sounds fine. (Do you still have the archives, in case we ever want to look them up for nostalgia purposes?)

PS. Can you bring Bugsy back online? looks like it didn't make the move over with the other services, and I miss him making noise when I go on a commit run. Hehehe.

I think a problem there -- at least for me is that I like getting the full changelog in my email -- and if I just track the entry, I will just get a link. I will tolerate if I have to, though.
