At first glance it looks like it works pretty much like Firebug so I shamelessly c/ped what seemed relevant so it didn't look so empty. ;)

Note to self to add https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/httpfox/ when I am on my usual computer. Very helpful for Ajax stuff.
