Oo, Bug 681's fixed-ness makes me happy!

For 1679, maybe it should say "Nothing" or "Nowhere" rather than "Never"? Currently it says "Show the contextual menu when you hover over: Icons" (good), "when you hover over: Userhead" (good), "when you hover over: Both" (good), "when you hover over: Never" (strange)
