Question thread #126
It's past time for another question thread!
The rules:
- You may ask any dev-related question you have in a comment. (It doesn't even need to be about Dreamwidth, although if it involves a language/library/framework/database Dreamwidth doesn't use, you will probably get answers pointing that out and suggesting a better place to ask.)
- You may also answer any question, using the guidelines given in To Answer, Or Not To Answer and in this comment thread.

Have not you get op rights on #dreamwidth channel?

Not yet, but I'm keeping that in mind.I should say, though, that I've had trouble motivating myself these past several months.ETA 2023-12-03: Now I have. Thanks for your patience. However, in light of this FAQ about Matrix and Libera, are you still interested in bridging #dreamwidth and a Matrix room, knowing you may need to run your own bridge for that? If you are, the next step will be for me to ask channel regulars what they think of that idea.

Sadly, the whole story ended with closing public IRC<->Matrix bridge at all. So there would be no great use from having real op in that case... But it might be useful later...
