That was on the initial to-do list IIRC, and I don't remember hearing it was abandoned, but since developer discussion shifted to Discord a few years ago, I don't know whether it's still there or what the timeline may be.

Very belatedly (sorry, I'm catching up!) -- it's still on the list of things we'll be doing someday, we just haven't had anyone with the time and energy to design and program the feature yet.

I'm trying to make a userstyle to modify how sitescheme pages look*, but I can't figure out how to do it without also modifying journal styles. There was a script a long time ago to add selectors to sitescheme pages, but it doesn't do anything anymore. Is there any other way to do this?


*The background on Tropospherical is way too bright for my eyes, but the way Gradation is laid out annoys me. I just want, like, Tropospherical Dark or something :(

I think *Don't apply to Foundation-styled pages such as Manage Community pages. These don't have any specific selectors I can use to make sure it won't apply to your journal. may be (part of) why it no longer works, as more and more sitescheme pages are getting converted to Foundation.

If Tropospherical Purple doesn't work for you either, would User CSS (I never used it, but ISTR that's what it's called) configuration in the browser(s) you use with Dreamwidth work for you?

Well, that's what I'm trying to do. But it doesn't seem to be possible without also modifying journal themes, usually for the worse.

Looks like the solution considered is to have Dreamwidth code add these class names directly, without using a script.
