There's something really weird going on with the sticky-ticky, beta page, and time-of-update. An internal comment on that support request includes a report (from -main, on IRC) of the units digit getting moved to the tens place for minutes for times like 12:05 (-->12:50). I'd really appreciate a hand characterising what is actually going on here in the interests of managing to file an accurate issue!

That seems utterly bizarre, and I'm not sure what could cause it, but I'd probably start by trying to deliberately reproduce it to make sure it isn't confirmation bias!

(Which is to say: File a bug with what we think we know about it, and put [needs investigation] in the title of the bug.)

Depression means I don't currently the cope for hammering at reproducing; if we can get other people on this it'd be great. I've also observed some weirdness with timestamps but haven't managed to confirm what (becuase I don't normally use the time the entry was posted, and it does seem to be specific to having that box ticked in my observation; I know Alex also has it ticked by default).
