Have people found the tagging of pull requests to be helpful at all, or is that just interesting to me?

I didn't notice them until you asked. Having taken a 2nd look at https://github.com/dreamwidth/dw-free/pull/1265, the only one that AFAICT doesn't duplicate tags on the bug itself is "review: requested changes", which may help for at-a-glance status, except that it doesn't show up in the labels box near the top, or even in https://github.com/dreamwidth/dw-free/pulls (although it does for other PRs, strangely enough) never mind, looking down further it was removed later. What problem were you trying to solve with the other tags?
