Small Project

Sooo I just filed a new bug to fix the contrast for some text on Foundation pages: http://bugs.dwscoalition.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5286

It seems like a good way to get started learning how to use Foundation/SCSS, so I'm putting it out here!

I've added an 'scss' tag to all the recent SCSS/Foundation entries here, so hopefully that will help people find the documentation they need.
