followup on the YAPC::EU offer

Due to how we're handling third-party payment for YAPC::EU, I asked the coordinators what to use as the deadline for people registering, and they requested that anyone who would like to attend should register before August 3. So, please keep that in mind as you make your plans!

By "registering", do you mean "having an account on their server" (I have) or "having ordered a conference ticket but not paid" (haven't done that)?
