OK I have figured the running by hand. I did actually try running it with the --debug flag and that croaked on me. The -v is not documented anywhere I can see, unfortunately.

So I have added warn code to EVERY SINGLE SUBROUTINE in LJXMLRPC.pm and confirmed my code is uploaded and restarted apache and confirmed the crosspost is functioning but bin/worker/xpost and bin/worker/process-esn output is giving me nothing, and nothing is showing in the apache logs either. Is this actually the wrong place to be looking or what??
