Are there two types of paid account (premium, seed) or three types of paid account (paid, premium, seed)? Three - seed have the same features as premium, but it was a one-time only sale, and they're permanent and don't expire.
Also, for some of the business statistics, users would be interested in seeing them as well as staff - you'd need to work with the staff to see what could be public and what would need to be kept private, but more public stuff would be good.
