I will go more for "write more clarification and expand on the thinking" in the comments because there I can tailor the explanation to the specific questions people are asking or concerns they're raising, but I am definitely an over-explainer. A lot of people love the over-explanation! But you have to start with the simple and clear, because a lot of other people tune out the over-explanation.
