The correct table is http://wiki.dreamwidth.net/wiki/index.php/Database_Table:_userpicblob2 - I don't think the other two you mentioned are directly related to userpics but I couldn't say what they actually are used for (or were - one was deleted already?) I'll look at the other pages later.
