I did that, and they appear to be built out to the correct locations - see http://www.momiji.hack.dreamwidth.net/stc/tropo/tropo-base.css and http://www.momiji.hack.dreamwidth.net/stc/tropo/tropo-red.css - but the total concatenated url is returning 404 even though all the individual files are in the correct paths if you navigate to them.
