Hmm, for issues with no milestones, if you go to https://github.com/dreamwidth/dw-free/issues, and then the cog beside "no milestone selected", you can view all issues with no milestone.

If we move over to using milestones for projects (which I like, because that would take the place of meta bugs), we could make something that labels incoming issues with "untriaged", or similar.
