Hmm...I personally would say that they'd all be considered independent because you give paid time to an individual account, not to a group of parent/child accounts (presumably, anyway). Unless there's specific paid-only features that benefit people who are using parent/child accounts, in which case I could see the activity of the child accounts counting for the parent one. But...we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. :)
