Maybe (and if it happens, it woud be a good thing, no argument about that). I'm not sure, in practice, how soon the design woud emerge from the partial series of changes. (But worst case, it will emerge with the ast change, so we lose nothing from a monolithic-change approach. Is that what you mean?)
